As our Head of Lettings, Isalie is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lettings team. She has a wealth of experience, having worked in the residential property industry for over a decade, particularly in the Leeds lettings market. As our landlords’ main point of contact, Isalie’s focus is on keeping clients informed and helping them to achieve the best possible return on their investments.
Alex Harrison,
Lettings Manager
Alex is an experienced, ARLA qualified lettings professional. Her role is to oversee all aspects of our service to our landlord clients in Leeds and the surrounding areas. In addition to her extensive property management experience, Alex is also a mental health first aider. With a friendly approachable manner, Alex has led the way with Vision Properties’ open and people-focused property management style.
James Mayhew,

Qualified in both sales and lettings, James enjoys working in residential property and loves helping people to buy and sell in North Leeds and the City Centre. An experienced negotiator, James is generous with his time and knowledge to help our clients achieve their property goals and is very familiar with his patch having lived in different areas of Leeds for the past 10 years.

Azam is a recent graduate and has joined Vision to pursue his passion for property. As Lettings Negotiator, Azam responds to all rental enquiries and conducts viewings for our available properties. He obtains feedback for our landlords and with his skills, knowledge and attention to detail can help them achieve the best price possible.

Finance Manager
Jordan brings a wealth of financial expertise gained as Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) with a FTSE 100 background. Jordan is responsible for managing, interpreting and reporting on all the financial data we gather as your property management provider. A self-confessed lover of data and detail, Jordan’s aim will be to ensure that all the financial information about your property is presented in a way that empowers you to produce accurate forecasts and make decisions with confidence.
Katie Child,
Senior Property Manager
Having moved to Leeds from Leicester, Katie brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our lettings team. She has worked in the property industry for four years and has an Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) level 3 qualification. Katie has a keen eye for detail and has a degree in Law. Katie’s role includes looking after compliance and she handles day to day maintenance of our lettings portfolio, liaising with our landlords and tenants to ensure they are happy in their properties.
