Nathan is one of the original founders of Vision Properties and leads the team in Leeds. A member of ARLA and a qualified structural engineer, Nathan has lived and worked locally for 20 years. Nathan knows the city’s property market inside out and is always happy to share his knowledge with Vision’s clients. Director
Qualified in both sales and lettings, James has been with Vision for over 10 years, working his way up from Lettings Negotiator to his recent promotion as Director. James is generous with his time and knowledge to help our clients achieve their property goals.
Katie Child,
Head of Lettings
As our Head of Lettings, Katie is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the lettings team. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge, and is ARLA level 4 qualified. Katie oversees the entire lettings process, ensuring tenants are happy, properties are well maintained and landlord clients achieve the best possible return on their investments.
Gemma Hemming,
Business Dev. Manager
Gemma joined Vision in 2024 after completing a PhD and pursuing a career in academic publishing, where she specialised in built environment and property management journals. She is responsible for the onboarding of new landlord clients and rental properties. She also arranges professional photography and prepares the adverts for all properties in the lettings portfolio.
Sarah Skentzou,
Senior Negotiator
Her friendly personality and 5 years’ experience in the industry makes Sarah a successful senior negotiator. Her role includes handling enquiries and conducting viewings for our available properties.
Ryan Richards-Jubb,
Property Manager
Ryan is an ARLA level 3 qualified property manager and looks after the day-to-day maintenance of our lettings portfolio. He liaises with our tenants to ensure they are happy in their properties and arranges any necessary work with qualified, trusted contractors.
Patrick Noad,
Inventory Clerk
Patrick’s attention to detail makes him an ideal Inventory Clerk. He uses the latest software to compile photographed reports at the start and end of tenancies to record the condition of the property. He also conducts interim inspections during a tenancy to pick up any issues so they can be reported to the landlord.
