We’re delighted to say that all the apartments at The Tin Works, in Yeadon, are now sold and happy new owners have moved in. In fact the final property was sold just three weeks after the development was completed.

We knew these characterful, modern, one and two-bedroom apartments in Yeadon would be sought-after, but it was rewarding to see how quickly they were snapped up by purchasers, who had been watching the progress of the development with interest.

This is phase 2 of the development in Yeadon. The refurbishment of three apartments next door at Tinner’s Retreat was completed in early 2020.

We worked closely with the development team using our knowledge of the market to design and specify apartments that would really appeal to buyers. The design for The Tin Works was inspired by the industrial heritage of the building. We wanted to maintain the impressive scale and historic interest of the spaces inside the building when we divided it up into apartments.
