Our management team oversee each of the regional offices, ensuring our services are delivered at a consistently high level across the country. This structure also ensures that our services are never diluted, as they can be with franchises or corporate agencies.

Nathan Hemming

Nathan co-founded Vision in 2007. A qualified structural engineer and project manager, he now heads up the property development arm of the business.

Justin Hemming

Justin joined Vision as the group’s Business Development Manager in 2008. He became a Director in 2010 and now oversees the sales and lettings teams across the country.

Jordan Hemming

Finance Manager
A CIMA qualified accountant with a FTSE 100 background, Jordan is responsible for the preparation of management accounts, financial reporting and overseeing both the accounts payable and credit control functions.

Daniel Hemming

Legal Consultant
A former partner at law firm, Wragge & Co. for over 20 years, Dan has a wealth of experience in property and planning and advises the team on all legal matters.

Laura Hemming

HR Consultant
Having worked in a senior HR management position for 6 years within an Internet Services Provider, Laura now advises us on all HR issues and is responsible for recruiting our rapidly expanding team across the country.
