We are absolutely delighted to announce that we have won the contract to manage the rental portfolio for the CofE Birmingham.

Our Head of Lettings, Isalie Bloemen says: “We’re very proud to have been appointed by CofE Birmingham. This contract represents an incredible opportunity to manage a property portfolio for an important organisation at the heart of our community.”

The varied portfolio spans a large area of the West Midlands from Solihull to Tamworth and includes a diverse mix of housing types and sizes.

Vision Properties was awarded the contract after a complex, competitive tender against a number of independent, regional agents as well as national corporate agencies. The team at the CofE Birmingham was impressed by our fresh approach, thorough processes and attention to detail and the opportunities we outlined to improve the efficiency and profitability of its lettings portfolio.

Vision’s Director, Justin Hemming says: “The win is testament to the experience, commerciality, and local knowledge of our lettings team and it marks a genuine milestone for our business as we grow our reputation across the region. We have spent the past few months working through the portfolio, getting to know each property and we’re looking forward to establishing great relationships with tenants and helping the CofE to run its lettings operation as efficiently as possible.”
