A few months ago, our fellow Visit Knowle member, Eric Lyons, approached us to help them find new business tenants for nine new commercial office units they have created above their much-loved family butchers shop on Knowle High Street.

It’s always a good feeling to be able to help business owners find the right location to help their business thrive. And you can’t get much better than a newly developed office in the bustling heart of Knowle. Throw in subsidised breakfast sandwiches from the landlord, who happens to make the best bacon butties in town, and you’ve got yourself nine happy new tenants!

Eric Lyons owner Nick Lyons approached Vision Properties commercial lettings department to manage the lettings process having worked with our team to sell his house. He says: “I was impressed by Justin and his team. Their local knowledge and can-do attitude made selling our house a trouble-free and simple process.

All nine units above Eric Lyons are now let and taking full advantage of the readily available catering – we’re thinking of suggesting to Nick that he might like to introduce circuit sessions to help his tenants stay fighting fit.
