This former vicarage in Amington is a great example of how we worked with our client to unlock the maximum value of their property. The property had a large plot with scope to both extend the original house and build two new homes, subject to planning permission.
By splitting the property into two separate lots we were able to market the original house to buyers looking for an exciting and hard-to-find renovation opportunity, while the newbuild plots were ripe for a small developer. Implementing this strategy enabled Vision to achieve much better returns for our client.
