At V1sion Properties, we are constantly striving to improve our processes and procedures to ensure that we offer our landlords the very highest level of service. So last month we issued all of our landlords with a satisfaction survey, and the results are in…
We asked all our clients to rate several of our services out of 5 and we have been delighted with the response we’ve received, with 70% of our landlords awarding us 5/5 for overall level of service! The rest scored us at 4/5, leaving us with a very pleasing 4.6/5 overall.
We also asked them to add some general comments and here are a few snippets from private landlords, developers and everyone in between…
“We deal with many agents nationwide and I can confirm that your services are by far the best.”
“Excellent service – well done.”
“Love your work guys.”
“I have been delighted with the way V1sion have looked after our properties. I feel as though I have developed an excellent working relationship with them and I would definitely recommend them to any of my associated/friends.”
“Your fees are the best thing! Wish you were able to go countrywide so I could transfer the others to you.”
High praise indeed, which we are obviously delighted with, but we have also vowed to act on the (few!) constructive criticisms we received as well. As we mentioned at the top of this blog, we are genuinely always striving to improve the level of service we offer our landlords and pride ourselves on sticking to Vince Lombardi’s mantra…
“We will chase perfection, and we will chase it relentlessly, knowing all the while we can never attain it. But along the way, we shall catch excellence…”
A huge thank you to all the landlords who replied to the survey, the draw for the £100’s worth of House of Fraser vouchers will follow shortly.
Finally, just another quick reminder that we are currently offering £200 referral fees to ANYONE who recommends our management service to a friend/colleague/family member/neighbour. We are thrilled with the feedback we’ve received but please don’t hesitate spread the word!
